Green, Ruettgers to be inducted into Packers Hall of Fame

Ahman Green and Ken Ruettgers will be inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame next summer, the hall announced Tuesday.
Green, a running back, played eight seasons with the Packers, including seven straight from 2000 to 206. He rejoined them for the 2009 season and is the teamís all-time leading rusher with 8,322 yards. Green was a four-time Pro Bowl selection from 2001-04.
He was acquired in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks for cornerback Fred Vinson and set several other team records: most yards from scrimmage (11,048), 1,000-yard seasons (six), 100-yard games (33) and rushing attempts (1,851).
Ruettgers, a left tackle, played 12 seasons for the Packers, from 1985 to 1996 after being selected in the first round of the NFL draft out of USC. He appeared in 156 games, 140 starts, for Green Bay.
